Make it possible to add actions like Save SQL to the file menu.
Move options like Save SQL as and Save copy of SQL as from toolbar to menu only (and or toolbar submenu).

Other nice improvement would be to have a toolbar editor where user can pick which buttons to have on which toolbar.
In this case it needs to be statically knowns what all available actions are. Currently the contextual items
can only be determined when there is a context instance.

Need to make this static
